Personal details

I was born on March 18, 1982, in Eggenfelden and grew up in Mühldorf am Inn. My parents had a significant impact on me from an early age - my father as a civil engineer and my mother as an expert in insurance and marketing. Together with my sisters Bianca and Tanja, I had a wonderful childhood. Although we have taken different paths in our lives, we still share a strong bond. The post-war experiences and the associated frugality of my grandparents have greatly influenced me in my life.

Learning

As a bright child and due to my high intelligence (with an IQ over 135), I had a varied academic journey. I attended the gymnasium in Mühldorf am Inn and Gars am Inn, then switched to the Realschule in Waldkraiburg, and finally to the Wirtschaftsschule in Mühldorf am Inn.

During my school years, I discovered my interest in real estate. After completing my education, I began my professional career at a renowned residential property developer. There, I gained comprehensive knowledge in the real estate industry and construction. The collaboration between the property developer and the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics encouraged me to embrace new ideas and think in a future-oriented manner.

Giftedness

I openly embrace my giftedness, which allows me to perceive problems and situations in a unique way and find suitable solutions. My high cognitive ability enables me to quickly grasp complex connections and adopt different perspectives. I enjoy contemplating various topics and consistently discover new ways that efficiently lead to the desired outcome.

For me, it is a natural talent. I have a deep curiosity and an insatiable thirst for knowledge that drives me to explore new areas and expand my understanding. I am always striving to apply my knowledge to practical applications and find innovative solutions.

IQ Memberships

As a highly gifted individual, the exchange with like-minded people is of great importance to me. That is why I am proud to be a member of some different IQ societies and Mensa, the world's largest and oldest high IQ society. Mensa provides a platform for intellectual exchange, networking, and the support of gifted individuals. By participating in Mensa meetings, events, and online discussions, I have the opportunity to connect with other gifted individuals and learn from their experiences and perspectives. The exchange with like-minded people is a valuable source of inspiration and growth. Together, we can share our interests, abilities, and challenges, and support each other.

Free Time

In my free time, I have various interests and hobbies. I enjoy traveling to interesting and extraordinary places both domestically and internationally. A cruise is the best way for me to recharge my energy for my professional challenges and to explore new cultures. However, I can also clear my mind at home by reading non-fiction books and spending time with my family. As a connoisseur, I enjoy dining out and look forward to culinary experiences in restaurants and cafes

Another hobby of mine is visiting thermal baths and saunas. There, I can relax and recharge my energy. I am also interested in music and movies. I enjoy listening to various music genres and watching films, especially comedies, action, adventure, fantasy, mystery, science fiction, martial arts, and animation. TV series are also among my favorite pastimes.

Furthermore, I have an interest in art and culture. I enjoy visiting museums and exhibitions with a focus on technology, natural sciences, and historical context. Dancing is also one of my passions. I regularly attend dance schools and enjoy dancing classical and Latin dances. Additionally, I like to take walks in nature and occasionally go stand-up paddling on lakes.

Furthermore, I have an interest in the Middle Ages and enjoy attending medieval festivals. I also have an affinity for medieval fantasy LARP (Live Action Role-Playing) conventions and love immersing myself in that world. Additionally, I am a big fan of Christmas markets and enjoy the special atmosphere they offer.

Artificial Intelligence

Another fascinating field that I pay great attention to is the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI). I enthusiastically follow the advancements in this area and utilize AI algorithms, among other things, to create impressive photos and graphics. The possibilities that arise from the use of AI are virtually limitless. From image editing to generating creative designs, AI allows me to elevate my artistic vision to a new level.

Business

After various positions in the real estate industry and marketing, I took over the leadership of Pegasus Gesellschaft für Immobilien-, Anlagen-, Finanzierungs- und Versicherungsvermittlung mbH - Pegasus24 for short - in 2008. There, I restructured the business areas and implemented a new market presence. The brand Pegasus24 was born.

Throughout my professional career, I have gained extensive experience in real estate marketing, real estate financing, real estate project development, IT systems, leadership skills, consulting, and sales. I worked as a business consultant for various clients and served as a technical sales trainer for AMD - Advanced Micro Devices - in southern Germany. Additionally, I worked as a consultant for companies such as Atrium Wohn- und Gewerbebau GmbH, M-IT-A Werbe- und IT-Systeme, and World Wide Investments GmbH & Co KG.

As the CEO of Pegasus24, I am responsible for the sale of real estate with a focus on residential properties and global investment brokerage, project development of new construction projects, construction financing, as well as business consulting and training for various industries and company sizes. My goal is to offer our clients tailor-made solutions and comprehensive support for their real estate projects.

In recent years, I have successfully brokered smaller investment properties. However, since 2019, I have increasingly entered this field as market conditions have changed and new opportunities have arisen. Since then, esteemed clients such as family offices, construction and financial investors, as well as insurance companies, have become part of my clientele. In 2021, I had the opportunity to manage real estate portfolios worth over 200 million euros. I work closely with them and support them in the brokerage of real estate projects in the residential, commercial, and retail sectors on a global scale. With my solid expertise and extensive network, I can fulfill the needs of my clients optimally. My goal is to build long-term partnerships and jointly realize successful real estate projects.

Further Education

Continuing education demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to develop in various fields. It complements my already extensive knowledge and experience in real estate brokerage, financing, and consulting. Here is an excerpt of the further education courses I have completed between 2020 and 2023:

Certified Insurance Sales Professional at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK): I have successfully passed the examination to become a certified insurance sales professional at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). This further education course provided me with comprehensive knowledge in the field of insurance sales and prepared me for the requirements of the insurance market.
Digital Business Models and Agile Methods at TÜV Rheinland Academy: I have participated in two further education courses at TÜV Rheinland Academy, focusing on digital business models and agile methods. These courses taught me how digital technologies and agile work practices can be successfully implemented in companies to develop innovative business models and gain a competitive advantage.
Ethical Negotiation Skills at the University of Münster: I have attended a course on ethical negotiation skills at the University of Münster. In this course, I learned how to incorporate ethical principles into negotiations and achieve fair and sustainable solutions.
Certified Expert in Public Service at DBV: I have obtained certification as an expert in public service at DBV. This further education course provided me with specific knowledge about the public service sector and prepared me for advising civil servants and employees in the public sector.

Social Engagement

Alongside my professional work, I volunteered for the Helmbrecht2025 project in theatre production, not as a performer on stage, but in production work behind the scenes. My focus was on the organisational and structural side of the project: planning, coordination, and solving practical problems during ongoing operations so a large-scale project of this size runs reliably.

This also included areas the audience never sees but that are essential: coordination and processes around permits and approvals, financial planning and controlling, support with grant-related topics, and contributions in sponsorship and overall project financing. Helmbrecht2025 was a major open-air theatre production marking the 1,000-year anniversary of the first documented mention of the city of Burghausen, and the project has now been successfully completed. In total, there were 11 performances with around 1,500 spectators each and roughly 700 participants in front of and behind the stage.

Music

I don’t make music on the side. I do it seriously and systematically. I come from a classic DAW workflow. The foundation is still there, but the emphasis has shifted: today I produce a lot of my work using AI for the most part, because it lets me iterate faster and makes ideas possible that I previously couldn’t realize, or only with far more effort. For me, AI is not a replacement for taste or decision making. It’s a lever for speed, variations, and new directions.

I now separate my releases by style and project logic so it doesn’t feel random: Dandi Di stands for electronic music. Alongside that, there’s Pop as a separate strand, and the KLAD.musik.PROJEKT as an independent project for further releases and experiments.
